Oracle Human Capital Management - Functional- Staff We are seeking a proactive Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) - Functional Staff Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, functional expertise, and experience in at least one successful implementation in a client-facing role, leveraging the latest AI-driven features. Interpret functional requirements and deliver and design solutions from offshore. Ready to travel onsite if required Design module-specific solutions within the context of the integrated Oracle Fusion HCM application Gather and document requirements using AIM / OUM / TCM or other methodologies Maintain and enhance existing Oracle Fusion HCM modules like Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Learning) Knowledge in Workforce Compensation and HR Helpdesk is an added advantage Participate in design reviews and discussions Understand client requirements against Oracle Fusion HCM Modules. Handle Solution Design, Functional Fit-Gap, Training, and Testing sessions Assist business users during CRPs, SITs, and UATs. Prepare quality deliverables, test scripts, and test cases, and support in trainings. Experience Core experience in supply chain and procurement functions. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working in Oracle Fusion HCM (EBS / Fusion) Experience in at least one full life cycle implementation, with at least one implementation on Fusion HCM Experience in a client-facing delivery role Experience in major industry sectors like Retail, Government, Energy, Real Estate, Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities. Competencies / Skills Customer handling skills and ability to interact with project team members. Ability to actively participate in projects both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into design documents. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent organizational & time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly. Ability to multitask and stay focused on release priorities. Must have a valid passport for business traveling, which involves work at client sites. Willing to work in MENA shift timings (Sunday to Thursday). Education Should be a graduate along with a degree in HR Management such as MBA HRM. Oracle Certification in Fusion HCM is highly desirable Professional HR certifications such as SHRM, HRCI are a plus
