Team Member- Sales Support Asia

You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Order Processing & Execution to achieve Budgeted Target: - Generating Sales Contract - Communicating Dispatch date within four working days from order receipt - Sales Support & New Business Development: - Sending quotations, samples & providing any other information about the product & services required by the customer - Supporting in arrangements of Trade Exhibitions - Communicating with the contacts received from various sources like participation in trade shows, embassies, internet websites etc. - Coordinating with Internal & External stakeholders - To Improve Customer Satisfaction: - Acknowledging mail within a specified response date - MIS Reports: - Generating monthly reports on Budget vs Actual Sales - Compiling a list of Pending Orders to be sent to the customers on a monthly basis - Preparing Market sentiments for Asia on a monthly basis - Compiling the Annual Budget for Europe - Maintaining Customer-wise Sales Tracking report In addition, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by acknowledging mails promptly and efficiently.,
