Team Member - Project Management (NPD)

As a Team Member in Project Management at ARaymond, your role involves overseeing various aspects of project execution and ensuring successful project delivery. Your responsibilities include: - **Project Cost Management**: - Execution of the sales and marketing plan set by the Head of Department (HOD). - Achieving individual sales targets for the year. - Handling customer product queries for Request for Quotation (RFQ). - Managing customer queries effectively. - **Project Timeline Management**: - Identifying project needs and developing timelines and milestones. - Breaking down complex projects into manageable components. - Maintaining project documentation in a standard format for future reference. - Engaging with internal stakeholders and customers for feedback on project progress. - **Team Management**: - Ensuring project delivery through transparent communication with internal and external customers. - Allocating tasks to cross-functional teams based on project objectives and timelines. - Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to the team. - **Reporting & MIS**: - Preparing standardized reports/MIS and submitting them to the reporting manager within defined timelines. - Identifying risks and escalating issues related to timelines, cost, and quality. - Evaluating the accuracy of generated reports and improving information quality. - Prioritizing information that requires immediate action and escalation. - **ISO 27K**: - Maintaining awareness and adherence to information security policies and procedures. - Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. - Reporting any suspicious behavior, vulnerabilities, or incidents to the appropriate authority. **Education and Experience**: - BE/B.TECH with 4 to 7 years of experience. **Skills**: - Operational Feasibility Study - Product Awareness - Understanding of engineering drawings - Data and Analytical Skills - Knowledge of Project Management Tools - Knowledge of SAP At ARaymond, you will be part of a global engineering team that fosters innovation and creativity to develop solutions that contribute to a better future.
