Team Member - Project Management (NPD)

Your role will involve managing project costs, executing sales and marketing plans, achieving individual sales targets, handling customer product queries, and managing project timelines effectively. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers, develop project milestones, break down complex tasks, and maintain project documentation for future reference. Team management will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, ensuring transparent communication with internal and external customers, identifying cross-functional teams, allocating tasks, and conducting performance reviews. Reporting and MIS will also be essential, requiring you to prepare error-free reports, identify risks, and prioritize information for escalation. You will need a BE/B.TECH degree with 4 to 7 years of experience, along with skills in operational feasibility study, product awareness, understanding engineering drawings, data analysis, knowledge of project management tools, and SAP. Maintaining awareness of information security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, and protecting information according to ARaymond's security expectations will also be part of your responsibilities.
