Team Member - Partnership & Grants

The job responsibilities include maintaining information on various donor strategies and funding opportunities on the national level, in conjunction with program coordinators. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with institutional partners, including proposal development, submission, and closeout. Working with RF Finance, Monitoring and Evaluation Team, and Programmatic teams to ensure synergies with existing programs and compliance of expenditures with the agreed funding plan is a key aspect of the role. Ensuring alignment between grant proposals, work plan, partner agreements, budgets, and reports is crucial. You will also be managing all reporting deadlines, developing calendars for report development, and coordinating report compilation and review. The education requirement for this role is a Post Graduate Degree in Management/Development Administration/Marketing. A background in the Development Sector is desired. In terms of experience, a minimum of 5-10 years of social sector experience is necessary. Experience in implementing large-scale development projects is desired. The essential skills and competencies for this position include proficiency in Partnership Management, an Entrepreneurial Mindset, strong Interpersonal Skills, and in-depth knowledge of the Development sector. The expected proficiency level for these competencies is rated at 4.
