Posted Date : 11 Mar 2025 Function/Business Area : Legal Location : Navi Mumbai Job Responsibilities : . Provide legal support for day to day operations of various businesses. Prepare base drafts for transactions being undertaken by the businesses. Consult with business teams to understand commercial and business issues. Carrying out research on various legal issues, compliance requirements under various laws. Identifying legal, business and commercial risk and communicating the same to business teams. Assisting corporate legal team in transactional work including conducting legal due diligence. Education Requirement : LLB Experience Requirement : 2-3 years of relevant post qualification experience with law firm or in house Corporate team. Experience of advisory work in the following areas : Corporate and Commercial laws Contract review Skills & Competencies : 1. Current and updated knowledge of Corporate and Commercial laws. 2. Effective communication skills with attention to detail. 3. Good interpersonal and communication skills. .
