Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

Identify potential liabilities arising out of breach or non-compliance with regard to statutory provisions in day-to-day operational transactions.Assist the management in identifying the legal risks and unwarranted encumbrances/limitations rooted in a proposed plan of action.Ensuring efficient safeguarding of the employer's interest while finalizing agreements with external stakeholdersLitigation/Dispute ManagementTendering legal advisoriesDrafting and vetting of agreementsDrafting of outward communications/documents having legal implications on organizations interestHe must keep updated with the latest amendments taking place in the legal arena

Qualifications

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Any Graduate with LL.B. /LLM

Relevant Experience

5-10 years experience in the relevant field in any manufacturing or service industry of repute
