Job Description

The purpose of this role is to ensure accurate and efficient management of costs, inventory valuation and financial reporting related to inventory

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE

Develop and implement cost control measures and strategies for Marketing to take Price decision for Various Booking•Conduct regular cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost-saving opportunities in exports.•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and finance, to ensure cost control measures are effectively implemented.•Develop and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accurate recording, tracking, and valuation of inventory of shirting plants.•Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure optimal inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and avoid excess inventory.•Provide accurate and timely financial information to support management decision-making.•Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections related to costing and inventory.•Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to inventory and cost control.•Continuously evaluate and improve costing and inventory accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control.•Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard inventory and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
