Team Manager - Service Operations

As a Leader of service operation teams, you will be responsible for driving standardization, best practice sharing, and knowledge development to support all LPG stakeholders effectively. Your role involves managing service project management, Order Management, Operational SCM, and material management teams. - Lead multiple business project management teams including service project management, Order Management, Operational SCM, and material Management. - Collaborate closely with LPG counterparts to define goals, lead Performance development discussions, and align on individual objectives. - Coach team members to support their development and achievement of business and career goals. - Maintain Key KPIs for INOPC like Utilization, NPS, etc., by regularly connecting with LPG counterparts. - Proactively plan and hire resources as required by LPG, oversee onboarding, and training until the new resource is operational. - Focus on enhancing the behavioral competence of team members and deploying best practice learnings in alignment with LPG. - Participate in continuous improvement activities, manage billing for team resources, and support administrative needs for team members. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with at least 15 years of experience. - Prior experience as a project Manager in executing GIS, Other HV products, or Substation projects. - Previous experience as a Team Lead or Manager directly managing external stakeholders. - Strong leadership skills to align, agree, and challenge decisions with stakeholders in the interest of the business. - Excellent communication skills to drive discussions and collaborate effectively with LPG. - Proficiency in English communication is essential.
