Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead, guide, and mentor a team of US IT/Non-IT Recruiters.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Allocate requirements and ensure timely submission of qualified profiles.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
Maintain strong working relationships with US clients and Account Managers.
Monitor team KPIs (submissions, interviews, closures) and generate performance reports.
Train and upskill team members to improve sourcing quality and speed.
Ensure compliance with US labor laws, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, etc.).
Handle escalations, resolve team issues, and ensure quality standards in hiring.
Drive a performance-driven culture with a focus on client satisfaction and team development.

Preferred candidate profile

IT-focused
Candidates with strong experience in managing IT recruitment teams and handling technical requisitions.
Non-IT/Medical Device/Pharma/Engineering-focused
Candidates experienced in leading teams for non-IT domains, especially Medical Devices, Pharma, and Engineering positions.
