Team Leader - Technology Services

As a Testing Specialist at MetLife, your role involves testing Salesforce CRM or IVR applications and supporting UAT with a good understanding of the Insurance domain. Your responsibilities include: - Executing test scenarios and test steps for each feature and user story, including positive and negative testing. - Collaborating with the Product Owner to address issues and defects. - Conducting postproduction and smoke testing. - Monitoring and tracking testing efforts using Agile principles and tools like Azure. - Writing test scenarios and test cases for Functional, System, Integration, and UAT. - Providing estimates for testing activities. - Performing and supporting UAT. - Managing defects, especially using Azure DevOps. - Supporting data setup activities and preparing test data. - Demonstrating awareness of other Microsoft applications like Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel. - Exhibiting strong verbal and written communication skills. - Being capable of client communication.
