Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our software development team in the Software Services industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading teams and driving project success.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead and manage a team of software developers to deliver high-quality projects on time.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and implement effective project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to improve their skills and productivity.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in software development.
Strong technical leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail and quality.
Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems is desirable.
