Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our software development team in the Software Services industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading teams and driving project success.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead and manage a team of software developers to deliver high-quality projects on time.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach team members to improve their skills.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and company policies.
Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning within the team.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in software development.
Strong technical leadership skills with expertise in software design patterns and methodologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles, including testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Experience with version control systems, such as Git, and collaboration tools, like Jira.
