Job Title: Team Leader – Real Estate (Gurgaon) Location: Gurgaon, India Experience Required: Minimum 2-3 Years (Real Estate – Luxury Projects) Industry: Real Estate – Sales (Luxury Segment) Salary: Competitive + Incentives Job Summary: We are hiring a seasoned Team Leader to lead our luxury real estate sales team in Gurgaon. With at least 2-3 years of industry experience, the candidate will be responsible for managing team performance, handling key clients, and closing high-value luxury property deals. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of sales executives focused on luxury real estate. • Oversee client handling, property site visits, and negotiations. • Mentor team members to improve productivity and sales conversion. • Develop and implement strategies for sales target achievement. • Maintain strong relationships with HNI clients and channel partners. • Stay updated with Gurgaon’s real estate trends and competitors. • Coordinate with internal departments including marketing and CRM. Requirements: • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury property sales in Gurgaon. • Strong team management and leadership abilities. • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Deep understanding of the local luxury real estate market. • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate preferred.
