Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader - Real Estate, based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, manage team members, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include guiding and mentoring the team, overseeing brokerage activities, strategizing property transactions, and maintaining market expertise in commercial real estate. The role requires outstanding leadership and organizational skills to ensure team efficiency and goal achievements.

Qualifications

• Team Management and Team Leadership skills
• Experience in Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a leadership role within the real estate industry
