Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader-Real Estate located in Gurugram. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations within the team, manage and guide team members, and engage in brokerage activities. They will also be responsible for leading team meetings, setting goals, and coordinating with clients to facilitate commercial real estate transactions. The role involves ensuring all team members are well-equipped and informed to carry out their tasks effectively.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate
• Proven Team Management and Team Leadership abilities
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a leadership role within the real estate sector is a plus
