Job Title: Team Leader – Mortgage Underwriting (LBO)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our Mortgage Underwriting (LBO) team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage loan underwriting, with at least 2 years of team leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of mortgage underwriters, ensuring quality and productivity benchmarks are met
• Review and underwrite complex mortgage loan files (LBO) in compliance with internal guidelines and investor requirements
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular feedback sessions
• Ensure timely resolution of escalations and queries
• Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders for process improvements
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and audit standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Mortgage Underwriting (LBO)
• Prior experience as a Team Leader in the mortgage or financial services domain
• Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Candidates:

• Immediate joiners or those with a short notice period
• Candidates with experience in US mortgage processes will be preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
