Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage
casual manpower
for receiving and issuance operations effectively.
Perform
material reconciliation
with accuracy and efficiency.
Follow and maintain standards per
TS 16949:2002 / IATF 16949:2016
guidelines.
Maintain and manage
store documentation
as per organizational norms.
Execute and monitor
inventory management
activities.
Oversee the
receiving process
, including MRN (Material Receipt Note) entry in the system.
Handle the
issuance process
, ensuring accurate material issuance and system entries.

Professional Skills Required:

Proficient in
MS Excel
and other Microsoft Office tools.
Good working knowledge of
SAP MM module
.
Strong
communication skills
(both verbal and written/email).
Willingness and ability to
work in shifts
as required.
