Team Leader- Personal Loans & Business Loans

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Executive/Manager to promote and sell loan products, including Business Loans and Personal Loans. The ideal candidate will generate leads, maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through various channels.
• Contact potential customers and understand their loan requirements.
• Explain loan products and eligibility criteria to clients.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan processing.
• Collect and verify necessary documents from customers.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to management.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years in loan sales (Business Loans and Personal Loans) and From Similar Banks, DSA and NBFC
• Education: Graduate (Finance/Marketing preferred).
• Skills: Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge: Understanding of loan products, documentation, and banking processes.
• Other: Doing business on self level
• Male and Female both can apply
