Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Credit Card Sales to manage and drive performance of a team of minimum 20 sales executives. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in credit card sales, and a background in DSA/Non-DSA channels. Key Responsibilities :Lead, manage, and motivate a team of at least 20 sales executives. Drive credit card sales targets and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly goals. Monitor daily performance and provide regular feedback and coaching. Conduct team meetings, field visits, and performance reviews. Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Maintain strong relationships with channel partners (DSA/Non-DSA). Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations. Prepare and maintain MIS reports using Excel. Track productivity metrics and improve conversion ratios. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum Experience: 4+ years in Credit Card Sales. Must have handled a team of minimum 20 members. Experience in DSA / Non-DSA channel sales. Strong knowledge of MS Excel (MIS reporting, data analysis, basic formulas). Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
