Job Title- Team Lead – QR/ Sound box DepartmentSales / Business Loans Minimum 1–2 years of experience in handling a field sales team LocationField-based (as per assigned territory) Reporting ToArea Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager Job Summary The Team Lead – Field Business Loan Sales is responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of field sales executives to achieve business loan disbursement targets. The role involves driving sourcing, ensuring quality cases, coordinating with credit and operations teams, and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and customers. Key Responsibilities Team Management Recruit, train, and manage a team of field sales executives Allocate daily targets and monitor individual performance Conduct regular field visits and joint calls with team members Motivate the team to achieve monthly sourcing and disbursement targets Maintain relationships with existing channel partners and customers Identify new market opportunities within the assigned territory Operations & Process Compliance Ensure complete and accurate documentation for loan files Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for timely approvals Monitor file login, approval, and disbursement ratios Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and regulatory guidelines Performance Monitoring & ReportingTrack daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS Analyze team performance and take corrective actions where required Submit regular reports to reporting manager on targets, productivity, and pipeline Customer Experience & Risk ControlEnsure high-quality sourcing to minimize rejections and delinquency Address customer escalations and ensure smooth loan processing Maintain strong service standards and customer satisfaction Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and people management skills Proven experience in field sales of Business Loans / SME lending Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Target-driven and result-oriented mindset Good understanding of credit policies and documentation Ability to work under pressure and in a field-intensive role Educational Qualification Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Finance preferred) Experience years of experience in Business Loan / SME lending sales
