Team Leader Medical Coding

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the launch of new client coding projects and assisting in the selection of the team. Your role will involve collecting Login Paperwork Signatures, filling out Login Tracker, and scheduling shifts to meet client needs. Additionally, you will request appropriate access to internal systems for the team and write and respond to client mails as assigned. As a mentor to newer coders, you will guide them towards sustaining quality and increasing productivity gradually. You will review client guidelines, coding guidelines, and assist coders in setting goals to achieve client goals within three months.
