At Digi Media Expert, we specialize in helping brands grow through data-driven digital marketing strategies. We’re looking for a dynamic Team Leader / Manager to lead our digital marketing team and manage client campaigns effectively across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of digital marketers and designers.
• Plan and execute result-oriented campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Oversee and optimize SEO strategies (on-page & off-page) to improve organic visibility.
• Develop marketing strategies aligned with client goals and brand objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure project delivery and satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing with proven leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently.

Salary:

₹22,000 – ₹26,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
