Team Leader - Kitchen Stewarding

Role Overview: You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your main focus will be on meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. You will work closely with the Head Chef and F&B Manager to manage the Stewarding Department as an efficient and productive cost center. Your duties will include maintaining an organized and clean back-of-house area in Food and Beverage and providing all kitchens, outlets, and banquets with clean operating equipment based on expected business levels. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with the efficient running of the department in line with corporate strategies and brand standards - Work with the Head Chef and F&B Manager to manage the Stewarding Department effectively - Maintain an organized and clean back-of-house area in Food and Beverage - Provide all kitchens, outlets, and banquets with clean operating equipment - Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times Qualifications Required: - Ideally, you should have a relevant degree, apprenticeship, or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management - Minimum of 2 years of work experience as an Associate in F&B service, kitchen, or stewarding - Alternatively, experience as a Team Leader in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards would be beneficial,
