Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ensure and Manage all Interchange Settlements of Cards for Master/ VISA networks, through Handling E2E Settlements of Bank's Cards for the transactions done as per the defined periodicity and as per the payment received from the Payment networks (Master/ VISA) which includes interchange Fees and relevant Markup fees.
Monitoring Visa, MasterCard & other allied cards' Funding & Settlement reports. Managing the Deal booking and timely execution.
Need for eye for detail on regulatory changes and defines process in accordance to ensure compliance.
Identifies and escalates issues which have a direct impact on financial, reputational loss.
Ensure there are NIL customer Operational errors leading to financial loss.
Conducts performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
Implement controls and ensure compliance with conventional and established internal controls.
Review and report accurate information to Regulators and internal audit reviews.
Define and conform to risk policies and operational procedures to mitigate key operational, regulatory, financial and reputational risks.
Interactions with various functions within Business ( Risk Management, Products, Marketing, Sales, Customer Services, Operational Risk, Service Quality on queries, process discussions and mails
Coordination with Product, PPS teams for process revisions.
