Job Description

Lead and manage the credit risk function, ensuring alignment with the organizations risk appetite
Conduct detailed financial and ratio analysis to assess creditworthiness and risk exposure
Implement lending practices that are compliant with RBI guidelines and regulations
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, maintaining clear communication and alignment on risk-related decisions
Monitor, assess, and mitigate loan portfolio and credit product risks
Manage and mentor a team of credit risk analysts, ensuring high performance andcontinuous development
Provide insights into credit policy reviews and adjustments based on emerging risks and market conditions
Handle stakeholder management and effectively communicate risk decisions and strategies to senior leadership
