About the Role

Team Leader (Insurance Domain)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of insurance agents/executives to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and training.
• Ensure adherence to insurance guidelines, compliance, and company policies.
• Maintain MIS reports, performance dashboards, and daily productivity trackers.
• Handle escalations and support team members in resolving complex queries.
• Drive process improvements to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments for smooth operations.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and quality checks.
• Ensure 100% accuracy in documentation and policy processing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in the

  Insurance domain

  (Life/Health/General Insurance).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in

  team handling or supervisory role

  .
• Strong understanding of insurance processes, policy lifecycle, and customer management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze reports, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
• Good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
