Team Leader in BIM Project - MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing)

AAEIMAA Inc. is a multi-national company, whose headquarters is in the USA. It offers several products and services in the North American market's Architectural Engineering Construction (AEC) vertical industry. Over the past 8 years in business, it has many innovative products and services for its customers in the building construction industry. Its technical services include BIM (Building Information Management) design and drafting, GIS services, and Digital Marketing.

AAEIMAA India Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of AAEIMAA Inc., has had a development center at Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, since 2016. It is looking for a competent BIM Team Leader with strong experience using Autodesk Revit in MEP applications.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of the use of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks for MEP projects in building construction in the United States standard.
• Ability to read & interpret engineering drawings & specifications and convert CAD to BIM. MEP conflict finding and resolution.
• Work with sales and support teams in the USA for project estimates, project bids, and pilot projects.
• Distribute work among BIM engineers and team members.
• Multi-customer project management including team formation, training, distribution of work, production support, troubleshooting with customers, QA & QC, and deliverables.
• Work independently and take proactive initiative
• A self-motivated, inspiring team, and a role model for the team.

Profile

• B.Arch., B.E. or B.Tech. with at least 1-2 years of experience in US-based BIM projects.
• AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks expertise.
• A passion for project delivery, people, customer service, and your work
• Independent entrepreneur-minded & creative thinker, and a hard worker.
• Ability to work on the USA on-site project with short notice.
• Good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Must be able to communicate with customers in the USA directly.
• Able to demonstrate advanced CAD and BIM technical knowledge
• Excellent time management and prioritization
• Creative thinker with a can-do attitude.
