Team Leader

We are seeking a Team Leader to lead a team of developers while actively participating in software development. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers to achieve project goals. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely project delivery. Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and troubleshoot issues. Foster a positive and productive work environment. Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications. Drive the adoption of modern architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, serverless, event-driven) and best practices. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, performant, and well-documented. Gather and analyse project requirements from clients/stakeholders. Translate business requirements into technical specifications. Prepare project documentation, reports, and progress updates. Oversee the technical aspects of project delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality releases. Advocate for and implement best practices in CI/CD, automated testing, DevOps, and security. Technical Skills: Extensive experience with modern PHP (7.4+ / 8.x), strong proficiency in at least one major PHP framework (e.g., Laravel, Symfony). Solid understanding of OOP, MVC, and RESTful API design. Strong experience with React.js, including hooks, state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Context API), and component-based architecture. Experience with version control systems (Git). Proficiency with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Soft Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a development team. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
