Job Title: Team Leader for Field Sales Executive

Experience Required: 3–5 Years (Field Sales + Team Handling)

Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Fixed)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 09:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-driven Team Leader for Field Sales to manage and guide a team offield sales executives. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, excellentcommunication, and hands-on experience in field sales operations.Key Responsibilities:

● Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives across assigned regions.

● Assign daily targets and plan market visits for the sales team.

● Monitor field activities, client visits, and lead generation efforts.

● Provide on-the-job training, support, and motivation to team members.

● Track performance and share regular reports with the management.

● Handle escalated client issues and ensure proper follow-up.

● Travel to major markets as required to support the team.

● Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, delivery, and payments.

● Ensure team adherence to sales process, reporting formats, and company policies.

● Assist team in best sales practices and do problem solving

● Deal with customer directly if required

● Reporting to Management

Candidate Requirements:● 3–5 years of field sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a team leader orsupervisory role.

● Strong leadership and team management skills.

● Good communication and negotiation skills (Hindi & basic English).

● Must be comfortable with travel across regions (Punjab, UP, Rajasthan, MP, Delhi-NCR,etc.).

● Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and mobile-based reporting apps.

● Graduation preferred; industry experience in B2B, FMCG, or industrial products is a plus

.● Should own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
