Role Description

This is a full-time and on-site role located in Raipur for a Team Leader Field Sales position. The Team Leader Field Sales will be responsible for overseeing and driving field sales activities, managing a team of sales executives, planning and executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and developing strong relationships with clients. The role includes field visits to various locations to engage with clients and promote Ceasefire's products and solutions.

• Ability to create and execute sales strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the fire and safety industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Willingness to travel extensively
