Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to manage and motivate our sales and counseling team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in immigration, banking, or insurance sectors and possess excellent Hindi communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate the sales and counseling team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Guide team members in client handling, documentation, and process updates.

Monitor daily team performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.

Ensure excellent customer service and high conversion rates.
Coordinate with management for target setting, reporting, and process enhancement.

Maintain a positive and professional work environment that promotes team success.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in immigration, banking, or insurance sectors.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Malayalam is an added advantage).
Goal-oriented, proactive, and result-driven mindset.

Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
