At least 1 year of team handling experience. · Result Oriented & Team Player · Leadership Skills · Understanding of Sales Process & Operations · Good Communication & Networking Skills · Customer Centric · Good Product Knowledge · Valid car driving license is compulsory Roles & Responsibilities – · Approach potential customers to establish relationships · Manage day-to-day interactions with clients, and ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive. Also monitor and evaluate the performance and satisfaction of stakeholders · May become experts on the organization's products and services, and keep up to date with their evolution. · Drive increased engagement between the Customers and Nexa, ensuring clients are satisfied with the services they receive, we deliver desired outcomes and to improve upon any areas of dissatisfaction · May lead or participate in negotiations, contracts, proposals, or projects that involve customers. · Create value and trust by providing relevant information and solutions, and resolving issues or conflicts. Working Hour: General day shift of 9 hours (6 days/rotational week off) Job Location: Park Street NEXA Maruti Suzuki Showroom, 57A, Park Street, Park Mansions Building, Kolkata - 700016.
