Team Leader - Call Centre

As the Sales Team Manager, your primary role is to lead and oversee a team of outbound sales agents to drive business growth and achieve performance targets. Performance Monitoring: - Track individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as call volume and conversion rates. - Ensure that the team complies with company standards and data protection policies. 4. Training and Development: - Identify training needs within the team and organize regular training sessions to enhance skills. - Ensure that new hires are efficiently onboarded and integrated into the team. - Promote best practices for lead conversions and sales success. 5. Customer Relationship Management: - Address escalated customer queries and issues promptly and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction levels. Qualifications: - A graduate degree is required for this role. - A Master's or Postgraduate degree will be an added advantage.
