As a Manager for Master Data Management (MDM) in the Shared Service Center (SSC), you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data across the business. You will be the key person in charge of product master maintenance, specifically for Bed Sheet, Towel, and Rugs. You will also be responsible for managing the MDM team and ensuring that all data management processes are aligned with the company's business objectives.
Oversee the development and implementation of master data management (MDM) strategies, ensuring they align with the company's business objectives.
Manage the maintenance of product master data, specifically for Bed Sheet, Towel, and Rugs, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Utilize SAP and other IT-related applications for MDM to streamline and automate data management processes.
Collaborate with various departments to understand their master data needs and ensure these are met.
Troubleshoot any issues related to master data and implement solutions to prevent future problems.
Lead the MDM team, fostering a culture of collaboration, entrepreneurship, and people excellence.
Use your business and commercial acumen to make strategic decisions related to master data management.
Continually improve master data management processes, with a focus on material management, manufacturing technology, and manpower management.
Use your global mindset to understand and cater to the master data needs of different regions.
Train and mentor team members on master data management best practices, ensuring they have the necessary product knowledge.
Regularly report on the status of master data management, highlighting any issues or areas for improvement.
