Team Lead Video Production

As a Senior Video Developer (Team Lead - Video Production) based in Bhopal, you will play a crucial role in leading a small team of 23 video editors to deliver high-quality video content from concept to final production. Your responsibilities will include managing the video creation lifecycle, overseeing editing and post-production processes, and ensuring the timely delivery of compelling videos that align with brand guidelines and creative direction. You will be required to personally handle editing and motion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, while also providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to the video editing team. Your strong command over video editing tools, combined with your leadership skills, will enable you to allocate tasks effectively, manage timelines, and track the production pipeline to meet tight deadlines. Collaboration with content, design, and marketing teams will be essential to convert briefs into impactful videos that resonate with the target audience. Additionally, your ability to implement AI-based video workflows will drive innovation and efficiency in the video production process, ensuring a seamless and high-quality output. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in video editing and visual storytelling, along with proven leadership experience in guiding a creative/video team. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, as well as knowledge of AI-based video creation tools, will be key to your success. Strong time management, organizational skills, and a keen eye for visual aesthetics, sound design, and storytelling are essential qualities that you should bring to the role. While experience in 3D or immersive/VR content, familiarity with project management tools, or basic scriptwriting/storyboarding skills are considered bonus skills, they are not mandatory.
