Team Lead UI/UX Designer

As a seasoned UI/UX Designer with 5-8 years of experience, you will lead the design team and play a crucial role in driving design strategy and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. Your responsibilities will include mentoring and leading a team of designers, defining and implementing design strategies aligned with product goals, conducting and analyzing user research, overseeing the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, working closely with product and development teams, and managing design projects to ensure timely delivery.
