We're looking for a dynamic Technical Writer . You'll work closely with SMEs, Product Owners, and the software team to create engaging and effective training materials using tools like WhatFix, SCORM, and LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone).
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Develop training content using DAP tools
Collaborate with SMEs & Learning Teams
Own training plans, materials, facilitation & reporting
Track learner progress via iAchieve
Manage Train-the-Trainer programs
Drive communication strategies for training rollout
