Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and technically proficient Team Lead – Structures to co-lead a multidisciplinary team of Structural, CAD, and BIM engineers. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with project oversight, quality assurance, and client coordination. You’ll work closely with other leads to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality structural engineering solutions, primarily for U.S.-based projects. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Co-manage a team of 8–10 engineers and designers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Project Oversight: Lead structural design efforts for steel (PEB/CFS) and concrete structures in compliance with U.S. codes. Technical Review: Guide and review work using tools such as TEKLA, RISA-3D, STAAD, ETABS, SAP2000, Enercalc, and Simpson CFS Designer. Quality Assurance: Oversee QA/QC processes, Quality reviews. Client Coordination: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, supporting project planning, resource allocation, and timely delivery. Prospect Queries: Attended all scheduled or unscheduled prospect meetings, Create Level of Efforts (LOE), Provide technical assistance to prospects. Training and Learning: Train team members on key skills, Draft the learning plan for the team members. Collaboration: Coordinate with different teams for project execution, Collaborate with sales, CSM teams. Qualifications
Education: B.E./M.E. in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 8 years in structural design (steel and concrete), on based U.S. projects
