Team Lead - Software

As an Assistant Manager in Software Engineering with over 7 years of experience in .Net and React, you will lead a dynamic team to develop high-quality software solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations. Your role will involve managing team members, collaborating with product leads, and ensuring the successful implementation of a full stack technology stack to enable remote services. **Responsibilities:** - Lead a motivated team in designing and delivering high-quality software solutions - Manage software team members and ensure coordination, quality, and productivity - Own system features through full stack implementation - Participate actively in the design and specification process - Ensure user interface adheres to design principles and branding standards - Provide development and testing estimates based on engineering specifications - Collaborate with the team to define interfaces between components - Adhere to coding standards, source control procedures, and documentation - Develop reusable components for common functionality - Identify and mitigate risks throughout the development life cycle - Provide technical recommendations to product management and fellow engineers **Qualifications:** - BA, BSc, or MSc in Computer Science or related technical discipline - 5+ years of software development experience - Experience with web application design and development principles - Strong troubleshooting skills and problem analysis - Proficiency in .NET Core, MVC, C#, C++, and SQL - Experience with Angular front-end framework; React experience is a plus - Understanding of software security principles and design - Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software design patterns - Knowledge of Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA), databases, web services, and IoT protocols - Experience with Python, containerization, microservices, and cloud development is beneficial - Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel This Assistant Manager role will allow you to utilize your extensive experience to lead a team in developing cutting-edge software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.,
