Team Lead - Software

You will be joining a team that is dedicated to developing AI-driven products and we are currently seeking a Tech Team Lead who can effectively manage a team while remaining hands-on with the technology. Our technology stack includes Next.js, Python, and Docker, however, we prioritize solid engineering practices and sound decision-making over specific languages or frameworks. As the Tech Team Lead, your responsibilities will include leading and nurturing a small team of developers working on AI-powered applications, making key architectural decisions, providing technical guidance to the team, collaborating with design and product teams to deliver new features, reviewing code for quality assurance, and ensuring projects are on track. Additionally, you will be expected to remain hands-on with coding tasks when necessary, as we value leaders who can actively contribute to the technical aspects of projects. We are looking for candidates with prior experience in managing or mentoring engineering teams, a strong technical background that is language-agnostic, the ability to keep teams aligned, motivated, and productive, familiarity with modern development workflows such as CI/CD, containers, and cloud technologies, and ideally some experience working with AI/ML products.
