What You Will Be Doing
As a
Team Lead Recruitment Coordinator,
you will be responsible for managing a team of Coordinators within the team to manage the end to end coordination & guiding the team towards assisting with recruitment process and work closely with the Recruitment Partners in making sure all procedures are followed and co-ordination of recruitment is always covered and under control.The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the timely & quality delivery in terms of assisting the recruitment process with end to end coordination & offer a candidate concierge service to support the Recruitment Partners in the end-to-end permanent recruitment process.This role will be heavily focused on KPI's and performance in addition to partnering in with the wider business around the strategic direction of how the talent pools evolve.This role requires a strong background in Recruitment coordination, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic approach to sourcing and talent management.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership and Performance Management
- Manage and lead a team of Coordinators providing guidance, training, and ongoing development.
- Set clear performance targets and KPIs for the team, ensuring timely & quality assistance with end-to-end Coordination for Recruitment process.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, offering constructive feedback and identifying development opportunities.
- Create a collaborative and high-performing team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practice.
Operational Oversight
- Managing candidate dispositions in the Client's recruitment system.
- Updating the system with candidate feedback as advised by the Recruitment Partner following review of the shortlist.
- Interview scheduling and room bookings within SLA timeframes. Ensuring the hiring manager has a copy of the CV, calendar invite, and room booked for any interviews.
- Interview scheduling and room bookings within SLA timeframes for the final HR interview between the Recruitment Partner and the candidate.
- Ensuring all interview notes from the HR interview are stored appropriately and recording all feedback in the Client's recruitment system.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment between sourcing activities and business priorities.
- Work closely with Client service & delivery team and coordinators to delivery with timely & quality assistance with end to end coordination aspect.
- Provide regular updates and reports on team performance, market trends, and sourcing insights.
