Job Description:
We are looking for a Team Lead – R2R/GL Accounting with strong experience in Record to Report, General Ledger, and Balance Sheet activities. The ideal candidate must be CA qualified, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage day-to-day accounting operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end R2R and GL accounting processes.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing activities.
Review journal entries, accruals, and financial reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Manage and guide the team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on financial matters.
Support audits and provide necessary documentation.
Requirements:
CA qualified with 7+ years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of R2R, GL accounting, and Balance Sheet.
Experience in leading a team (TL experience preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a 7 AM – 4 PM shift.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
