Team Lead - Process Engineering

As a Project Manager in the New Energy Stream, your role involves proactively taking initiatives to analyze upcoming technologies, market trends, and business scenarios to develop comprehensive project plans. You will be responsible for developing project scopes and objectives, involving stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility, and monitoring the smooth and timely delivery of projects. Your key responsibilities include: - Tracking project performance to analyze successful completion of short and long-term goals in the New Energy Business - Using appropriate techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and cost - Conducting project reviews and providing detailed reports to top management for decision-making - Creating and maintaining extensive project documentation - Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing process optimization in line with project requirements - Coordinating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, partners, and vendors for project execution Additionally, your role will involve providing process engineering design and simulation of electrolysis plants or similar process plants with compression and gas treatment of the product gases hydrogen and oxygen. You will be responsible for: - Reviewing Clients tender documents and verifying FEED design & calculations - Conducting process design including simulations, design calculations, process optimization, and equipment sizing & selection - Preparing and maintaining P&ID diagrams, equipment data sheets, and measuring point lists - Participating in field-commissioning activities and Start-up - Developing specifications for the automation of auxiliary systems such as compressors and gas cleaning of electrolysis plants - Participating in PFD/P&ID review meetings, HAZARD/HAZOP reviews, and safety evaluations - Providing technical documentation for proposals preparation based on customer specifications - Making design and sizing calculations of process equipment and selecting Bought out components - Preparation of process inputs and purchase specifications Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Post-graduate degree from a reputed university/college Experience Required: - 9 - 12 Years of overall experience The company values skills and competencies such as: - Communication and interpersonal skills (Rating: 4) - Leadership skills (Rating: 4) - Detail orientation (Rating: 4) - Functional Expertise (Rating: 4) - People management skills (Rating: 4),
