Team Lead (.net/Angular)

Role Overview: As a Software Engineer IV at MRI Software in Bangalore, you will collaborate with professionals globally to shape the future of cloud solutions. Your role involves understanding the application's functional domain, designing, developing, and maintaining reliable code, interacting with Account Managers for prioritization, leading a small team, and following Agile development processes. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the functional domain of the application and design efficient code - Develop and maintain reusable code, review, and refactor code - Interact with Account Managers to prioritize work and plan delivery - Lead a small team to deliver high-quality solutions - Use structured Agile development processes suitable for the project Skills Required: - Experience in developing browser-based and client-server applications using Microsoft .Net, preferably .Net Core - Proficiency in at least one .Net language, with C# preferred - Experience in developing RESTful web services using ASP.Net Core Web API - Good SQL skills, preferably cosmoDB (no SQL) - Proficient in frontend development using HTML5, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue - Knowledge of architectural patterns such as MVP, MVC, MVVM, and Clean Architecture - Experience in architecting and engineering solutions - Proficiency with Git/GitHub and working experience with Azure services and Azure DevOps Candidate Requirements: - 8-12 years of total experience in the software industry, with 3-4 years in leading teams - Proven experience in software aspects like performance, scalability, security, and testing - Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach - Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies - Background in object-oriented development techniques - Customer-facing role experience with excellent communication skills - Friendly, collaborative attitude with a willingness to train and share knowledge with junior team members Qualification Required: - Bachelors/masters degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a related area Additional Details of the Company: MRI Software delivers innovative applications and hosted solutions for real estate businesses globally.
