Job Title : Team Lead mdm; Please share cvs to sd00838847@techmahindra.com Reports to : MDM Operations Manager Roles and responsibilities - Team Supervision Manage, support, and guide team members to meet performance targets and operational goals. Process Optimization – Identify inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and implement best practices to enhance productivity. Performance Monitoring – Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure team members meet quality and efficiency standards. Problem-Solving – Address operational challenges, resolve workflow bottlenecks, and implement solutions quickly. Communication & Coordination – Act as a bridge between teams, departments, and senior management to ensure smooth operations. Training & Development – Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to improve team skills and performance. Resource Management – Allocate tasks, manage workloads, and ensure efficient use of resources. Compliance & Reporting – Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and prepare operational reports. Customer & Stakeholder Management – Address customer inquiries, handle escalations, and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders. Crisis Management – Handle emergencies, mitigate risks, and ensure business continuity during disruptions. Requirements: Mandatory Skill Set: 5-8 years of Experience in Master Data Management/Supply Chain pharmaceutical/biologicals manufacturing domain. 1-2 years’ experience in Team Lead/SME/Process Expert role Proficient in spoken and written English. Good communication skills, both interpersonal and presentation. Able to interact with and influence individuals up to Director level across the Site/Business.
