Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead – Market Development located in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Team Lead will spearhead market development initiatives, foster team growth, and ensure the achievement of key business goals. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the team, overseeing the development and implementation of software solutions, and leveraging technical expertise to create and enhance front-end applications. The role emphasizes collaboration, team management, and meeting project deliverables in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Team Leadership skills to effectively manage and mentor team members for optimal performance.
• Proficiency in Front-End Development, including skills in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to create user-friendly interfaces.
• Expertise in Software Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) to implement scalable and efficient solutions.
• Problem-solving acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to project management.
• Relevant experience in a leadership role and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
