Role & responsibilities 1. Managing Implementation & Support Teams for Smooth Operations 2. Scheduling Implementation Engineers for Newly Onboarded Clients 3. Regular Follow-ups with Clients 4. Client Interaction for Satisfaction & Retention 5. Providing Floor Support to Support Engineers 6. Daily Meetings with Developers About High-Priority Issues & Requirements 7. Team Training Sessions 8. Team Quality Check & Performance Monitoring 9. CRM Implementation & Optimization 10. Employee Expenditure Bills Cross-Check & Approval 11. Client On-Time Renewals Follow-Up & AMC Collections 12. New Lead Generation & Business Expansion 13. Reporting & Performance Analysis Preferred candidate profile Having experience in team handing. 2-4 yrs of experience in implementation Any Graduate prefered with good communication, English Hindi and Telugu/any other one south regional langauge is mandatory. Notice period must be 10-15 days max. immediate joiner are prefered.
