Role & responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise production activities during the shift to ensure adherence to production schedules and targets.
- Monitor machine operators and provide guidance on operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Analyze OEE metrics to enhance equipment efficiency and Optimize production processes to minimize downtime and maximize machine utilization.
- Conduct regular inspections of production equipment to ensure proper functioning and initiate maintenance or repairs as needed.
- Manage resources effectively, including materials, manpower, and equipment, to optimize production efficiency.
- Lead and enforce 5S practices to maintain a clean and efficient workplace.
- Monitor and reduce scrap generated during production and Implement strategies to improve material utilization and minimize waste.
- Implement and enforce safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with Quality Control and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues and ensure product quality.
- Prepare shift reports detailing production performance, issues encountered, and actions taken for management review.
- Train and develop machine operators on production processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices is desirable.
- Previous experience in cell manufacturing or a related field added advantage
Educational Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Automation Chemical Engineering) preferred.
Experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2-4 years in a supervisory
