Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Telecalling Team Leader to join our healthcare team in Egmore, Chennai. In this role, you will lead, coach, and manage a team of healthcare telecallers to handle patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, health check-up package promotions, and follow-up services while ensuring high standards of patient care and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management & Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and guide a team of 10–20 telecallers to achieve daily and monthly call targets.
• Operations & Workflow: Monitor live calls, review call recordings, and ensure adherence to healthcare communication protocols and quality standards.
• Patient Engagement: Oversee processes related to outpatient (OP) appointment booking, preventive health check-up campaigns, IP follow-ups, and patient feedback collection.
• Performance Tracking: Maintain daily/weekly metrics including call volume, conversions, call quality scores, and team attendance.
• Training & Onboarding: Train new joiners on hospital services, medical terminology, CRM usage, and phone etiquette.
• Escalation Handling: Address complex patient grievances or escalated calls with empathy and professionalism.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with hospital front-desk teams, doctors, and marketing departments to ensure seamless patient flow.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
